Beauty and the Beast, The Double Venus, The Couple, this venus has many names. Only 5 cm high, found in Grimaldi (Italy) and originally made of serpentine about 20,000 years ago. It could be the first show of a man and a woman and a snake. On the one side a pregnant woman, on the other side a man (or beast) with a snake head and tail, thus creating a strong fertility symbol. Due to the small opening it can be worn as a pendant.
